Roles & Responsibilities (Shift Manager - Service)•	Managing Shift: You will be responsible for handling a specific shift, Open, Close or Mid,where you have to make sure, store is ready at all times for customers, food safety is set as per the organization standards.•	Managing People: You have to make sure that right people are working in the restaurant at the right time, doing the right thing.•	Managing Equipment: You have to make sure all equipment are in clean and in working condition.•	Managing Product: You have to make sure that all products are available in the restaurant as per the menu.•	Managing Service: You have to make sure that all customers are getting treated as per the organization standards.•	Managing Cleanliness: You have to make sure that the restaurant is always clean and well maintained as per the organization standards.•	Feedback: Make sure to talk to each and every customer and take course wise feedback so that if any customer recovery to be done, it can be done before the customer leaves the restaurant.•	Team Collaboration: Work as part of a team, coordinating with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure smooth service.•	Work as Service Ambassador: Make sure that you are well versed with all serverknowledge, so that you can train them and do the same work if situation demands.•		Handling Cash and Tips: Safely manage cash and handle tips in accordance with restaurant policies.•	LSM Execution (Local Sales Marketing): Make sure that you are doing LSM in non-peak period to get new customers try our product.•	Nonna’s Story Explanation: Make sure that servers are explaining the Nonna’s Story to each and every guest.•	Shift KPI (Key Performance Indicator): Make sure you know what your KPIs is and are constantly working towards achieving the same.•	Training: You have to make sure that training plan has been executed every week and all the people working in the restaurant are well trained.
