Job Summary
The Team Member is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while ensuring smooth restaurant operations. The role involves customer service, food preparation, order processing, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting daily store operations in line with company policies and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Assist customers with menu selections and product information.
Resolve basic customer queries and escalate concerns when required.
Ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.
Food Preparation & Quality
Prepare and serve products as per Wow! Momo's standard recipes and procedures.
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards are maintained.
Follow portion control and food safety guidelines.
Monitor product freshness and stock rotation.
Store Operations
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across dining, kitchen, and service areas.
Support opening and closing store activities.
Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations accurately.
Ensure compliance with operational checklists and SOPs.
Health, Safety & Compliance
Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Follow company policies, operational guidelines, and statutory requirements.
Maintain personal grooming and uniform standards at all times.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Graduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Prior experience in QSR, restaurant, retail, or customer service will be an added advantage.
Basic communication skills in English and the local language.
