Manage Daily Operations – Oversee restaurant activities to ensure smooth service, food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards.
Lead and Supervise Staff – Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate employees while maintaining a productive work environment.
Ensure Customer Satisfaction – Deliver excellent guest experiences by addressing customer concerns and maintaining high service standards.
Control Costs and Performance – Monitor sales, manage budgets, control food and labor costs, and work to achieve revenue targets.
Manage Inventory and Compliance – Maintain stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure adherence to health, safety, and company policies.
