Job Summary:
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the overall operations and performance of the assigned outlet. This includes managing staff, ensuring excellent guest service, maintaining hygiene standards, meeting sales targets, controlling costs, and driving smooth day-to-day operations as per the brand standards of Trinetra Ventures.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Guest Experience:
Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring smooth functioning of FOH (Front of House) and BOH (Back of House).
Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards.
Handle guest complaints and ensure timely resolution with a customer-first approach.
Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed.
Team Management:
Supervise and lead the restaurant team including captains, stewards, chefs, and support staff.
Conduct daily briefings and assign duties.
Ensure staff grooming, discipline, and uniform standards are maintained.
Assist HR in onboarding, training, and evaluating team performance.
Sales & Cost Control:
Meet outlet sales targets and drive revenue through upselling and promotions.
Control inventory, wastage, and pilferage; ensure timely stock requisitions.
Maintain cost-effective operations without compromising on quality or service.
Compliance & Standards:
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, local health and safety norms, fire safety, POSH policy, and company SOPs.
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards as per Trinetra Ventures’ protocols.
Ensure working equipment and facility upkeep in coordination with maintenance.
Reporting & Coordination:
Send daily sales reports, staff attendance, and feedback to the Area Manager/HR.
Coordinate with HR, Purchase, Accounts, and Kitchen teams for operational needs.
Participate in audits, promotional events, and internal meetings.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
Good understanding of restaurant operations, guest service, and food hygiene.
Knowledge of POS systems, billing, and basic MS Office.
Sales-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management or relevant field.
3–6 years of experience in restaurant operations; minimum 1–2 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
Experience in fine dine/QSR/lounge/multi-location chains preferred.
Fluency in English and Hindi; regional language is a plus.
