Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day restaurant operations
Supervise and train restaurant staff
Prepare employee schedules and manage attendance
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
Handle customer complaints professionally
Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene standards
Control inventory, food costs, and wastage
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams
Maintain sales records and prepare reports
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Manage cash handling and billing procedures
Support marketing and promotional activities
Achieve sales and profitability targets
