Supervise kitchen staff, halwais, cooks, and ensure quality and hygiene standards.
Manage serving staff and counter staff for smooth customer service operations.
Prepare staff duty rosters, oversee attendance, and maintain discipline.
Monitor store cleanliness, display presentation, and food safety compliance.
Ensure smooth daily store opening, closing, and overall operations.
Track daily sales, fast-moving items, and share operational reports with management.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
Support offers, festive rush management, and continuous operational improvements.
