We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient order handling (including Zomato and Swiggy), team management, and smooth functioning of both front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
Manage all daily operations of the restaurant to ensure high standards of food, service, and cleanliness.
Supervise and coordinate front-of-house (FOH) and kitchen staff.
Monitor dining area and guest interactions to ensure a positive dining experience.
Ensure proper hygiene, safety, and compliance with local food and labor regulations.
Handle dine-in, takeaway, and delivery orders efficiently and accurately.
Manage orders through online food delivery platforms such as Zomato, Swiggy, and others.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and dispatch of online orders.
Monitor online order dashboards and resolve order-related issues or escalations in real-time.
Ensure proper packaging, quality control, and timely delivery of online orders.
Address customer complaints, feedback, and requests professionally and promptly.
Monitor online reviews and ratings and take corrective actions when necessary.
Build and maintain relationships with regular customers to increase loyalty.
Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff.
Create and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal staffing during peak and non-peak hours.
Motivate and lead team members to achieve performance targets.
Monitor stock levels and place orders for kitchen and restaurant supplies.
Maintain relationships with vendors and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Minimize wastage and control food costs.
Track daily sales, online orders, and revenue.
Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Report to ownership/management on KPIs, feedback, and operational issues.
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Floor Manager, or similar role.
Experience in handling online delivery platforms (Zomato, Swiggy, etc.).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of POS systems and online order management dashboards.
Familiarity with hygiene and safety regulations.
Degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field.
Tech-savvy with experience in POS and inventory systems.
Basic knowledge of financial and budgeting principles.
