Key Responsibilities:
Respond to emails, WhatsApp messages, and phone calls from restaurant/home kitchen owners
Collect and verify client documents (FSSAI, Shop License, GST, PAN, etc.)
Apply for listings on Swiggy, Zomato, Magicpin and coordinate with their onboarding teams
File and manage FSSAI Basic/State license applications
Follow up with clients for missing documents, approvals, and updates
Maintain Excel/Google Sheets for daily client tracking
Assist in post-onboarding support (rating setup, banner updates, etc.)

Basic knowledge of platforms like Swiggy, Zomato, Magicpin
Must be able to speak Hindi + Basic English
Strong communication skills (calls + WhatsApp)
Comfortable working with Google Docs, Sheets, and emails
Prior experience in food-tech/onboarding is a plus
Should have their own smartphone and internet connection
