Hospitality Restaurant Manager

Nayaab Daawat is looking for a dynamic, customer-focused, and result-oriented Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining food quality, leading the restaurant team, increasing sales, controlling costs, and delivering a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

Restaurant Operations

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.

• Ensure smooth opening and closing of the restaurant.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.

• Ensure compliance with FSSAI and company policies.

• Supervise dine-in, takeaway, Swiggy, and Zomato orders.

Team Management

• Recruit, train, and mentor restaurant staff.

• Prepare duty rosters and shift schedules.

• Conduct daily staff briefings and performance reviews.

• Maintain discipline and a positive work environment.

• Resolve employee concerns professionally.

Customer Experience

• Deliver exceptional guest service.

• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

• Monitor customer feedback and online reviews.

• Ensure high standards of hospitality and service.

Sales & Business Development

• Achieve monthly sales and profitability targets.

• Increase dine-in, takeaway, and online order sales.

• Promote party bookings, catering services, and corporate events.

• Plan promotional campaigns and local marketing activities.

• Build long-term customer relationships.

Inventory & Cost Control

• Monitor daily inventory and stock levels.

• Coordinate timely procurement of raw materials.

• Minimize food wastage and pilferage.

• Control food and operating costs while maintaining quality.

Kitchen Coordination

• Coordinate with chefs for efficient kitchen operations.

• Ensure food quality, consistency, and timely service.

• Monitor recipe compliance and portion control.

• It is a Full Time Waiter / Steward job for candidates with 6 months - 5 years of experience.
