The Store Manager is responsible for the overall operations, sales performance, staff management, food quality, hygiene compliance, customer satisfaction, and profitability of the outlet. The role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and hands-on management in a fast-paced QSR environment.
Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain food quality, hygiene, and FSSAI standards at all times.
Lead and supervise team members; manage shift schedules.
Handle customer service, resolve complaints, and ensure satisfaction.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, wastage, and ordering.
Ensure proper cash handling, billing accuracy, and daily settlement.
Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and equipment functionality.
Drive sales, execute promotions, and achieve store KPIs.
Prepare daily reports and communicate with management.
Train and develop staff for consistent performance.
Minimum 2–5 years experience as Store Manager or Shift Manager in a QSR/Food Industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
Excellent knowledge of QSR operations, hygiene standards, and customer service.
Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, POS systems, and reporting.
Qualification: Under Graduate/Graduate preferred Or Relevant Experience (Hotel Management diploma added advantage).
₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience & location).
