In this role, you will take orders, serve food and beverages as requested and ensure customer satisfaction throughout their visit. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25000 - ₹30000 and a friendly work environment.

The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring high customer satisfaction while maintaining the restaurant’s standards of service and food quality. Responsibilities include managing staff, handling customer queries, hiring new team members, supervising food and beverage operations, and fostering a welcoming and efficient dining environment.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
Proficiency in team management, with experience in Hiring and staff development
Excellent Communication skills to liaise effectively with customers and the team
Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and industry standards
Experience in sustainable or health-focused dining settings is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 5 - 6+ years of experience. They must have good communication skills, basic knowledge of food and beverages, and a customer-friendly attitude.
