Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Manager located in Indore. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, overseeing Inventory and training, and maintaining high-quality customer service. Other responsibilities include managing food and beverage services, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and meeting sales and operational goals.

• Experience in staff management

• Excellent Communication skills

• Knowledge of Food & Beverage services

• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Leadership skills and team management abilities

• Previous experience in a similar role in the food & beverage industry is preferred

• Inventory Management

Experience Required:

• 5 to 15 years

• Age should be 30+

• BHM or Graduate is mandatory

Note:

Candidate should be comfortable in closing shift 2pm - 12am

• It is a Full Time Waiter / Steward job for candidates with 5 - 6+ years Experience.
