We are looking for a Shift Manager to join our team at Maiz Hospitality Private Limited to provide service to the guests. In this role, you will take orders, serve food and beverages as requested and ensure customer satisfaction throughout their visit. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹ 20,000 - ₹ 22,000 and a friendly work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth shift execution.
Supervise team members and assign shift duties.
Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained.
Monitor order preparation, packing, and timely dispatch.
Handle inventory management and stock control.
Raise indents and coordinate stock transfers as required.
Minimize food wastage and control operational costs.
Ensure all equipment is functioning and report maintenance issues.
Resolve customer complaints and maintain service standards.
Prepare daily reports and provide proper shift handover updates.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th pass and 1 - 3 years of experience. They must have good communication skills, knowledge of food and beverages, and a customer-friendly attitude.
