Role Description
Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth service
Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff
Maintain high standards of customer service and handle guest feedback
Support inventory management, ordering, and vendor coordination
Assist with scheduling, team management, and staff performance
Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and quality standards
Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to achieve sales and operational goals
Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Customer-first mindset and a passion for hospitality
Ability to handle fast-paced, high-volume environments
Knowledge of POS systems and basic reporting
Flexibility for shifts, weekends, and peak hours to work till 1 am.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
