Job Responsibilities:
Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
Supervise restaurant staff and prepare duty rosters.

Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor inventory, control costs, and minimize wastage.

Train staff and monitor their performance.
Requirements:
