Position: Restaurant Manager
Location: ThrillD Restaurant, 4th Floor, PNR Felicity Mall, Haralur Road, Bengaluru
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
Experience Required: 3–4 years as a Senior Captain or in a similar restaurant supervisory role

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service experience, and the ability to manage restaurant operations efficiently while ensuring a memorable dining experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.

• Supervise and lead service staff, captains, stewards, and cashiers.

• Ensure exceptional customer service and promptly resolve guest concerns.

• Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards.

• Prepare staff duty rosters and manage shift schedules.

• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.

• Train, motivate, and evaluate restaurant staff.

• Maintain inventory and coordinate with the purchase team for stock requirements.

• Monitor daily sales and prepare operational reports.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and company policies.

• Handle guest feedback professionally to improve customer satisfaction.

• Achieve sales targets and maintain operational efficiency.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 3–4 years as a Senior Captain or equivalent supervisory role in a restaurant.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service, and hospitality standards.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• Basic computer knowledge (POS system, MS Excel, and reporting) is preferred.
