We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and lead a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and proven experience in managing restaurant operations efficiently.
Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
Manage staff schedules, training, and performance
Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service
Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage vendor relationships
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
Plan and execute promotional events or special offers
Track financials including budgets, sales, and expenses
Work with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order preparation
2 to 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a restaurant
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Good understanding of restaurant operations, inventory, and cost control
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems
High school diploma or equivalent (Degree in Hospitality Management is a plus)
