Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and lead a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and proven experience in managing restaurant operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations

• Manage staff schedules, training, and performance

• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service

• Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage vendor relationships

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly

• Plan and execute promotional events or special offers

• Track financials including budgets, sales, and expenses

• Work with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order preparation

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a restaurant

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Good understanding of restaurant operations, inventory, and cost control

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems

• High school diploma or equivalent (Degree in Hospitality Management is a plus)
