Hospitality Restaurant Manager

• Manage daily operations of the cloud kitchen and ensure smooth functioning.

• Supervise kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, helpers, and packing staff.

• Plan staff deployment and ensure adequate manpower for all shifts.

• Monitor food preparation, portion control, taste, quality, and presentation.

• Ensure all orders are prepared and dispatched within the required TAT.

• Monitor raw material stock, consumption, wastage, and inventory levels.

• Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely availability of ingredients.

• Maintain food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.

• Conduct regular kitchen and equipment inspections.

• Ensure proper storage of food items as per FIFO/FEFO standards.

• Monitor daily sales, production, wastage, and operational expenses.

• Handle customer complaints and take corrective action when required.

• Ensure kitchen equipment is properly maintained and report breakdowns immediately.

• Train and motivate team members on SOPs, hygiene, food safety, and operational processes.

• Manage staff attendance, leaves, discipline, and performance.

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and statutory food safety requirements.

• Coordinate with Operations, HR, Procurement, Maintenance, and other departments.

• Prepare and share daily operational reports with management.

• Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and profitability.

Candidate Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in cloud kitchen, QSR, restaurant, or food production operations.

• Experience in handling a kitchen team and daily operations.

• Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, inventory, and kitchen SOPs.

• Good leadership and team-management skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and operational reporting.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.

• It is a Full Time Waiter / Steward job for candidates with 6+ years of experience.
