Job Description

Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team to achieve service excellence.

Oversee daily operations including guest service, cleanliness, staffing, and compliance with brand standards.

Drive revenue by managing table turnover, upselling strategies, and guest satisfaction initiatives.

Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure quality control and timely service.

Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and reduce wastage and costs.

Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.

Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene regulations are met.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, staff performance, and operational KPIs.

Work closely with the corporate team on promotional activities, audits, and training.
