Job Summary

As a Food & Beverage Guest Service Associate at Tatsaraasa Resort, you will be responsible for delivering warm, professional, and personalized dining experiences to our guests. You will ensure smooth service in the restaurant, bar, banquets, and in-room dining areas, maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

·         Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

·         Present menus, explain dishes, and make recommendations based on guest preferences.

·         Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar.

·         Serve food and beverages efficiently, following service standards and sequence of service.

·         Ensure tables are properly set up, clean, and well-presented at all times.

·         Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism, escalating when necessary.

·         Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.

·         Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and special promotions.

·         Assist in banquet/event service as required.

·         Uphold hygiene, safety, and grooming standards as per resort policies.

·         Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude to contribute to smooth operations.
