We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and drive business performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene, and maximizing profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Manage and train staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations
Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Control operational costs and improve profitability
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers
Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and staff performance
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Good understanding of restaurant operations and food safety standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Basic financial and budgeting knowledge
Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
Relevant certifications in food safety or hospitality management are a plus
