Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient restaurant operation, maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for leading a team, maximizing customer satisfaction, and achieving financial targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service.

• Manage staff scheduling, hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent food and service.

• Maintain quality control for all food served and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally.

• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

• It is a Full Time Waiter / Steward job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
