💰 Salary: Up to ₹22,000/month

🧑‍💼 Experience: 6 months – 2 years (Quick Service Restaurant / QSR experience preferred)

🔹 Roles & Responsibilities

Shift Manager / Restaurant Manager will be responsible for:

• Supervising daily restaurant operations and ensuring smooth shift management.

• Monitoring food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.

• Managing staff schedules, training, and team performance.

• Handling customer service and resolving escalations.

• Overseeing cash management, billing, and daily reports.

• Supporting business growth by maintaining excellent service and operational efficiency.

🔹 Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 6 months – 2 years of experience in QSR / Fast Food / Café / Restaurant industry•.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to handle pressure during rush hours.

• Good knowledge of customer service and restaurant operations.

• Flexibility to work in shifts.
