Job Description

Job details | Burgersaa• Operate coffee machines, blenders, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.• Ensure excellent customer service by taking orders politely and handling customer queries professionally.• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation, café area, and equipment as per FSSAI & company guidelines.• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for food safety, hygiene, and service.• Handle billing and cash/card transactions accurately (if assigned to counter duties).• Coordinate with kitchen and team members for smooth and timely order delivery.• Monitor stock levels of ingredients and inform the Store Manager for replenishment.• Ensure proper opening and closing procedures of the store/shift as assigned.• Adhere to company grooming standards and maintain a positive brand image.• Support team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.• Report any customer complaints, equipment issues, or safety concerns to the Store Manager immediately.
