Restaurant Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant General Manager to lead our team at Si'nonnas. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales growth, and maintaining high standards of customer service and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. *Leadership:* Manage and motivate staff to achieve exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

2. *Operations:* Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and customer service.

3. *Sales Growth:* Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase revenue.

4. *Customer Service:* Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.

5. *Team Development:* Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.

6. *Financial Management:* Manage labor costs, inventory, and expenses to maintain profitability.

7. *Brand Standards:* Maintain Si'nonnas' brand image and standards.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role.

2. Strong leadership and management skills.

3. Excellent customer service and communication skills.

4. Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.

5. Financial management and analytical skills.
