Just BLR, an established Restaurant+Cafe+Bar on Brigade Road, is urgently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Female Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage all front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure a seamless and high-quality guest experience. 2. Lead, train, schedule, and motivate the service and support staff. 3. Uphold exceptional standards of customer service, promptly addressing any guest feedback or concerns. 4. Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and controlling operational costs. 5. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations. 6. Drive sales and profitability through effective management and strategic planning. Qualifications & Requirements: 1. This position is open to female candidates only. 2. You must have proven experience in restaurant management. 3. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. 4. Ability to manage a team effectively in a fast-paced environment. 5.
