About the Role

We’re looking for a quick, reliable, and detail-focused Runner to bridge the gap between the kitchen and the dining area. The Runner ensures that food reaches the table promptly, hot and accurate, while supporting servers in clearing and resetting tables.

This is an energetic, high-impact role where speed, coordination, and teamwork directly influence guest satisfaction. If you enjoy being on your feet, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want to learn the foundations of restaurant service, this role is a great starting point.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport dishes from the kitchen to FOH swiftly and safely.

• Ensure correct orders go to the correct tables.

• Clear used plates/cutlery and reset tables quickly.

• Assist servers during peak hours with refills, napkins, or side setups.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in service areas.

• Communicate effectively between BOH and FOH to reduce delays.

• Set up the Restaurant

Qualifications and Requirements

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• No prior experience required (training will be provided).

Technical Skills:

• Basic food safety and handling knowledge (training provided).

• Ability to multitask and prioritize quickly.

Personal Attributes:

• Energetic, punctual, and reliable.

• Team-first attitude with good communication skills.

• Physically fit for carrying trays/plates frequently.

• It is a Full Time Waiter / Steward job for candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience.
