Role Summary:

Captains ensure the smooth flow of service by supervising waiters, allocating tables, monitoring order accuracy, and maintaining overall service discipline.

Detailed Responsibilities:

• Lead service staff and ensure tables are allocated based on guest requirements

• Ensure all tables have correct cutlery, linen, and setup before service

• Supervise order taking, food delivery, and table clearing

• Ensure team follows etiquette, sequence of service, and SOPs

• Assist in menu knowledge training, up-selling & complaint handling

• Act as a communication bridge between kitchen and service teams

Requirements:

• 1–2 years experience as Captain/Senior Steward

• Strong product knowledge and service standards

• Leadership ability & guest-handling skills

• It is a Full Time Waiter / Steward job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
