Restaurant Captain

Job Summary:

The Waiter is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.

• Present the menu, answer questions, and make recommendations.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen.

• Serve food and drinks promptly and correctly.

• Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and well-maintained.

• Handle customer complaints politely and efficiently.

• Process bills and payments accurately.

• Follow hygiene, safety, and grooming standards at all times.

• Support teammates and assist in restaurant operations as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months – 1 year experience as a Waiter/Service Staff (freshers may also apply).

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Pleasant personality and professional appearance.

• Basic knowledge of F&B service.

• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Education:

• 10th / 12th Pass or Diploma in Hotel Management (preferred)

Salary:

• As per experience and company standards
