Job Title: Crew / Captain
Job Summary:
The Crew/Captain is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, delivering excellent customer service, and supervising team members to maintain high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and ensure service quality standards are met
Supervise and guide crew members during shifts
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained
Coordinate with kitchen and other departments for smooth service flow
Manage shift schedules and team performance
Assist in training new staff members
Requirements:
Proven experience in hospitality, retail, or a similar role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Customer-focused attitude
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks
Basic knowledge of operations and team management
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma/degree in Hospitality or related field
Prior experience as a Team Leader or Captain
Location: As per business requirement
Shift: Rotational shifts
