Hospitality Restaurant Captain

We are looking for a Kitchen Support Team Member to join our team Flash Pizza and prepare delicious meals for the guests. Key responsibility includes preparing and delivering high-quality dishes, setting up the menu, and delegating tasks to kitchen staff (If needed). The position offers an in-hand salary of In Hand Salary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the kitchen process end-to-end during your shift — prep, staging, and workflow at the kitchen/commissary, per SOP.

  (b) Making par-baked pizzas — portioning dough and toppings and par-baking bases to Flash Pizza's recipe and quality standard, consistently and at speed.

  (c) Cleanliness and hygiene — maintaining the kitchen, equipment, and work surfaces to the daily hygiene checklist without exception, and personal hygiene (uniform, gloves, hairnet) at all times on shift.

  (d) Flagging any quality, stock, or hygiene issue to your supervisor immediately rather than using compromised ingredients or equipment.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th pass and 1-2 yrs. Familiarity with cooking techniques any (advance & non-traditional), recipes, and sanitation regulations are ideal for the position. The role requires excellent time management and leadership skills. A culinary school diploma or certification in a similar field is a plus.

• It is a Full Time Waiter / Steward job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
