Key Responsibilities

Supervise stewards and service staff during shift.
Ensure proper table setup before service.
Handle guest orders and ensure timely service.
Check cleanliness of restaurant, pantry, and service area.
Coordinate with kitchen for food orders.
Handle guest complaints politely and inform manager if required.
Maintain discipline among staff.
Ensure proper use of crockery, cutlery, and equipment.
Help in banquet setup and service.
Maintain daily attendance and duty allocation.
Follow hotel rules, hygiene, and safety standards.
Train new stewards and trainees.
