Job Description

Supervise and guide stewards/waiters to ensure prompt and professional service.
Ensure guests are welcomed, seated, and attended to in a courteous manner.
Take orders when required and ensure accurate communication with the kitchen.
Monitor table turnover and maintain smooth restaurant operations.
Handle guest complaints efficiently and escalate concerns when necessary.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall ambiance of the dining area.
Ensure proper table setup as per service standards.
Train new team members on service protocols and customer handling.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery.
Monitor stock of service equipment and inform management of requirements.
Assist in achieving sales targets by promoting specials and upselling.
