A Restaurant Captain is responsible for managing the dining area and ensuring excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include:
Supervising and guiding team members.
Training new team members on service standards.
Managing table reservations and seating arrangements.
Welcoming guests and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
Coordinating with the kitchen for timely and accurate food service.
Handling customer feedback and resolving complaints professionally.
Monitoring cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.
Ensuring restaurant policies and service standards are followed.
Skills Required:
