Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic F&B Steward to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate should have 1–4 years of experience in hotel or restaurant operations and possess excellent guest service skills. The role involves serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, ensuring guest satisfaction, and supporting the smooth operation of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.

• Ensure tables are set up according to restaurant standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining areas, tables, and service stations.

• Assist guests with menu recommendations and answer queries about food and beverages.

• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service.

• Handle guest requests and resolve basic service concerns professionally.

• Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

• Ensure proper handling of crockery, cutlery, glassware, and restaurant equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 or Graduate (Hotel Management preferred).

• Certification in Hospitality or Food & Beverage Service will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

• 1–4 years of experience as an F&B Steward, Waiter, or Restaurant Steward in a hotel, fine dining restaurant, café, or hospitality establishment.

• Experience with POS systems and billing software is preferred.

• It is a Full Time Waiter / Steward job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
