Rotational shifts

Captains( order takers) - 2 positions

-Somebody who can take orders from the customers

-Has menu knowledge about Continental, Chinese, Indian and tandoor

-Should be able to work with SOP’s and hierarchy.

-Should be good with sales

Upselling and increasing the bill size

-Hospitable, good with communication well dressed and polite.

-has a experience with the same position or restaurant industry in general for 3 years
