Captain
Captain is a senior front-of-house position responsible for overseeing the service team, ensuring
exceptional customer experiences, and supporting the management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise servers, bussers, and hosts/hostesses
- Coordinate table assignments, seating, and service flow
- Ensure prompt and attentive service
- Handle customer complaints and feedback
- Assist with wine and beverage service
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Support restaurant events and promotions
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Perform opening and closing duties as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a server or supervisor
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
