Job Description

We are Hiring!

Location: Sector 20, Panchkula

Restaurant Manager

  • Handle overall restaurant operations.

  • Manage and supervise staff.

  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues.

  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and discipline.

  • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams.

  • Monitor staff performance and daily operations.

Experience: 3–7 years

Captain

  • Supervise waiters and service staff.

  • Allocate tables and duties.

  • Welcome guests and ensure proper service.

  • Take orders and coordinate with the kitchen.

  • Handle guest requests and complaints.

  • Check tables, service quality and cleanliness.

Experience: 2–4 years

Waiter

  • Welcome and seat guests.

  • Take food and beverage orders.

  • Serve food and drinks properly.

  • Maintain table and restaurant cleanliness.

  • Check guest requirements and provide good service.

Experience: Fresher / 1–2 years

Salary: As per experience and interview
Joining: Immediate / As per requirement
