Job Responsibilities:

• Restaurant/cafe ke daily service operations ko handle karna.

• Service staff ko properly guide aur supervise karna.

• Customers ka warmly welcome karna aur unhe proper table/service provide karna.

• Orders ko accurately lena aur kitchen team ke saath coordinate karna.

• Food & beverages ki timely serving ensure karna.

• Customer feedback aur complaints ko professionally handle karna.

• Table setup, cleanliness aur service standards maintain karna.

• Billing/POS process ki basic knowledge hona preferred.

• Peak hours mein team ko efficiently manage karna.

• Cafe ke hygiene, discipline aur customer-service standards ko maintain karna.

Requirements:

• Cafe/Restaurant industry mein relevant experience preferred.

• Good communication skills.

• Leadership aur team-handling skills.

• Positive attitude aur customer-oriented approach.

• Smart personality aur professional behaviour.

• Flexible working hours mein kaam karne ki willingness.

2. KITCHEN STAFF

Job Responsibilities:

• Kitchen mein food preparation aur cooking mein support karna.

• Chef/Senior Kitchen Staff ke instructions ke according kaam karna.

• Food preparation, cutting, chopping, plating aur basic cooking tasks handle karna.

• Kitchen mein cleanliness aur hygiene maintain karna.

• Raw materials aur ingredients ko properly store aur handle karna.

• Food quality aur presentation standards maintain karna.

• Kitchen equipment ka safe aur proper use karna.

• Orders ko timely prepare karne mein kitchen team ko support karna.

• Food wastage ko minimum rakhna.

• FSSAI/hygiene standards aur cafe ke safety procedures follow karna.

Requirements:

• Kitchen/Cafe/Restaurant experience preferred.

• Hardworking, punctual aur disciplined hona chahiye.

• Team ke saath coordination mein kaam karne ki ability.

• Cleanliness aur hygiene ka proper understanding.

• Fast-paced environment mein kaam karne ki willingness.

3. SERVICE STAFF

Job Responsibilities:

• Customers ka polite aur friendly manner mein welcome karna.

• Menu ke baare mein basic information provide karna.

• Customer orders accurately lena aur POS/order system mein enter karna.

• Kitchen aur customer ke beech proper coordination maintain karna.

• Food & beverages ko properly serve karna.

• Tables ko clean, organized aur ready rakhna.

• Used plates, glasses aur cutlery ko timely clear karna.

• Customer requests ko promptly attend karna.

• Customer satisfaction ko priority dena.

• Cafe ke hygiene, grooming aur service standards follow karna.

Requirements:

• Restaurant/Cafe experience preferred, but freshers can also apply.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Polite, energetic aur presentable personality.

• Team player hona chahiye.

• Punctuality aur discipline important hai.

• Rotational shifts mein kaam karne ki willingness.
