Restaurant Captain

Job Overview:

We are looking for a well-groomed and professional Pantry Service with experience similar to that of an

F&B Captain to manage pantry operations and provide premium hospitality services at our corporate

office. The ideal candidate should be presentable, soft-spoken, and capable of maintaining a high standard of

service aligned with a premium brand experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve beverages, snacks, and meals to employees, guests, and clients as per company standards

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pantry, kitchen area, and service zones

• Set up and clear meeting rooms for refreshments before and after sessions

• Ensure pantry supplies (tea, coffee, water, crockery, etc.) are well-stocked and replenished timely

• Coordinate with the Admin team for inventory and pantry material requirements

• Follow SOPs for food handling, safety, and hygiene

• Provide premium-level service, especially during client visits and boardroom meetings

• Handle pantry equipment such as coffee machines, microwave, refrigerator, etc.

• Uphold decorum and discipline while serving in a professional office environment

Candidate Profile:

 Gender: Male / Female

 Experience: 2+ years in a similar role (Hospitality, Corporate Office, or Premium Brand F&B

Service preferred)

Skills:

• Excellent grooming and personal hygiene

• Good spoken English and communication skills

• Courteous, soft-spoken, and client-service oriented

• Ability to handle VIP guests with confidence and professionalism

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service etiquette

• Personality: Presentable, disciplined, punctual, and responsible

Salary: As per industry standards (based on experience and skillset)

Joining: Immediate or as early as possible
