Full Time
Cut, trim, and portion meat, poultry, seafood, or other non-vegetarian products according to production specifications.
Operate knives, cutting tools, and processing equipment safely and efficiently.
Weigh products accurately before packing.
Pack products using approved packaging materials and sealing equipment.
Label packages with product details, batch numbers, manufacturing dates, expiry dates, and other required information.
Inspect products for quality, freshness, and compliance with company standards.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment.
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and food safety standards such as HACCP.
Wear and maintain required personal protective equipment (PPE) and hygiene gear.
Report equipment malfunctions, damaged products, or quality issues to the supervisor.
Meet daily production and packing targets while minimizing waste.
Assist with inventory handling, storage, and movement of raw materials and finished goods as required.
