Job Description

JD – Captain | Baan Phad Thai

Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 2–5 Years

  • Manage the assigned section and ensure smooth restaurant service.

  • Provide excellent guest service and handle guest queries professionally.

  • Take accurate orders and coordinate with Kitchen & Bar teams.

  • Maintain menu knowledge and support upselling.

  • Guide Stewards and ensure smooth team coordination.

  • Maintain grooming, hygiene and premium service standards.

  • Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations.

Preferred: Candidates from Premium/Fine Dining or 5-Star Hotels with strong guest-handling skills.

JD – Bartender | Baan Phad Thai

Location: Bangalore
Experience: 2–5 Years

  • Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails and beverages as per standards.

  • Maintain strong knowledge of beverages, ingredients and presentation.

  • Ensure bar setup, cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.

  • Handle guest interactions and provide personalized beverage recommendations.

  • Support upselling and maintain accurate beverage inventory.

  • Coordinate with the FOH team to ensure smooth service.

  • Follow company SOPs and responsible service standards.

Preferred: Candidates from Premium/Fine Dining, Luxury Hotels or High-End Bars with excellent communication and guest-handling skills.
