Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and responsible F&B Captain to ensure excellent guest service, smooth coordination between service and kitchen/bar teams, and effective supervision of service staff.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure timely and high-quality service to guests

Coordinate efficiently with kitchen and bar teams

Supervise daily floor operations and staff allocation

Train and guide service staff to maintain service standards

Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally

Maintain hygiene, service protocols, and SOP compliance

Support management in improving guest satisfaction

Eligibility & Qualifications

Graduate / Postgraduate OR B.Sc. in Hotel Management

2–3 years of relevant experience in F&B service

Strong communication and leadership skills

Ability to manage staff and handle guests calmly

Salary Range

₹19,000 – ₹25,000 per month

(Based on experience and interview performance)

Strong team coordination and communication skills

Ability to work in a diverse team environment

Prior experience managing mixed teams will be an advantage
