Job Summary:
As a Floor Captain / Senior Captain you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and leading the team, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment at the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain expertise in the menu, including knowledge of spirits, food, and concept.
- Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with patrons and ensuring a positive experience
- Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service during peak hours
- Participate in inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling waste
- Adhere to safety and health regulations, including responsible serving practices
- Develop and implement new initiatives and programs
- Work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
