We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Restaurant Captain to manage floor operations and ensure excellent guest service. The candidate should lead the service team, maintain hygiene standards, and provide a smooth dining experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily restaurant floor operations

Handle guest orders and ensure timely service

Guide and support stewards and dining associates

Maintain high standards of customer service

Resolve guest complaints professionally

Coordinate with kitchen and cashier teams

Ensure cleanliness and hygiene on the floor

Train new staff members on service standards

Monitor staff grooming and discipline

Support in achieving restaurant sales targets
