Job Summary
We are looking for a well-groomed, energetic and customer-focused F&B Service Associate to provide professional and efficient food & beverage service while ensuring an excellent guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and assist with seating.
Present the menu and explain food & beverage items.
Take accurate orders and enter them correctly into the POS.
Serve food, coffee and beverages professionally and on time.
Maintain table setup, cleanliness and overall presentation.
Coordinate with the Kitchen, Barista and F&B team for smooth service.
Attend to guest requests and feedback professionally.
Maintain good knowledge of the menu and ingredients.
Follow café standards for service, hygiene and grooming.
Clear and reset tables efficiently.
Support opening and closing duties.
Follow company SOPs and workplace discipline standards.
Candidate Profile
Presentable, energetic and customer-focused with good communication skills and a positive attitude. Prior café, restaurant or hospitality experience will be preferred.
