Guest Relations: Greet and seat guests, present menus, explain daily specials, take accurate orders, and handle complaints tactfully.
Floor Supervision: Oversee station setups, monitor cleanliness, check table settings, and ensure proper sequence of service.
Team Leadership: Conduct pre-shift briefings, train junior staff and servers, and assign floor tasks.
Kitchen Coordination: Communicate dietary needs, allergies, and special requests to the culinary team.
