• Greet and assist guests with seating and special requests

• Supervise and coordinate the work of stewards and service staff

• Ensure smooth service flow on the floor during shifts

• Take and manage guest orders efficiently and accurately

• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for timely service

• Train and guide new and existing staff on service SOPs and grooming standards

• Handle guest queries, complaints, and feedback professionally

• Ensure table settings, cleanliness, and ambiance are maintained

• Assist in inventory of cutlery, crockery, and service equipment

• Support billing and POS operations as required
