Welcome and seat guests with warmth, ensuring a personalized and attentive service experience.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of stewards and service staff.
Guide guests through the menu and make thoughtful recommendations, especially on signature dishes and teas.
Ensure timely service, order accuracy, and satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
Monitor cleanliness and setup of the dining area and ensure hygiene and safety standards are met.
Train new and existing service staff on service protocols, grooming, and guest interaction.
Maintain daily reports, reservation logs, and assist in inventory checks when required.
Collaborate with the kitchen and bar team for smooth service flow and communication.
