Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Captain to manage restaurant floor operations, ensure excellent guest service, and coordinate effectively with the kitchen and service team.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate restaurant service operations.
Welcome guests and ensure a smooth and pleasant dining experience.
Take and accurately process guest orders.
Coordinate with the kitchen for timely food and beverage service.
Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints professionally.
Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
Guide and support waiters and other service staff.
Monitor service quality and ensure adherence to restaurant SOPs.
Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager for daily operations.
Assist in billing and ensure accurate order processing.
Requirements
1–5 years of experience in restaurant/hospitality operations.
Experience in fine dining or premium restaurants preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer-service orientation.
Ability to handle a fast-paced working environment.
Knowledge of food & beverage service and restaurant etiquette.
Well-groomed and professional personality.
Salary: As per experience and industry standards.
